How are the items packaged?

We try to be as eco-conscious as we can not only with the kit but with the packaging too. We have carefully chosen packaging that not only looks great but also can be reused and recycled. Each kit comes in a recyclable cardboard box filled with recycled shredded paper, wrapped in recyclable tissue paper and sealed with a sticker!

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be packed and posted within three working days. All our parcels are posted 2nd class via Royal Mail.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship products throughout the UK.

Do you offer returns?

As a small business we want to make sure that we can provide the best customer service we possibly can.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please return it to us within 14 days in its unused condition together with a copy of your order confirmation email and we'll organise a refund.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and let us know the issue, including a photo of the damaged goods. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.

Why do you use plastic bottles in your potion kits?

After numerous safety tests with the glass bottles we decided they wouldn't be safe enough for the little hands that would be using them. The PET plastic bottles are 100% recyclable and are perfect to reuse over and over again.
